La résidence est bien située (étang d'un côté, mer de l'autre, à quelques pas). Endroit plutôt calme, correctement agencé. Place de parking associée au studio. Petit bémol sur la literie, notamment pour les lits superposés. Pour quelques nuits, c'était bien. Assez bon rapport qualité-prix au mois de février.
