Don't trust the name of this restaurant, L'Aristo is neither a pretentious address nor an old-fashioned establishment, it is more a sure value of Palavas. When you go to this discreet establishment of the station, you know that you will never be disappointed. Flavours, colours, freshness, L'Aristo celebrates cuisine, products and customers. The welcome is smiling, energetic and with great care, we feel that the team still has a passion for the job. The establishment specialises in Mediterranean flavours: royal couscous, moussaka, hot and cold mezzés, it is a delight. The little mint tea at the end of the meal completes the meal with tradition, style and taste. It's an address we'd like to keep very selfishly just for ourselves....
