MUSÉE D'ART SACRE ET D'HISTOIRE ANCIENNE

This museum dedicated to sacred art is housed within the walls of the former Pénitents Blancs chapel (late ^19th century). Perpendicular to the Ste-Marie-Madeleine church, it was abandoned for a long time before being restored and decorated with style over the last few decades. The museum is open during the summer season. It features religious objects, artifacts and paintings that bear witness to the presence of the Bishops of Agde in Nézignan-l'Évêque. A rewarding visit.
