She prides herself on being the only one in the Herault department. And it's been going on for over 25 years, from father to son. The butchery Eretz was founded on April 4, 1984 by Gilbert Bensen. Since then, the son Frédéric has taken over the torch. The specialties are the house manufacture of sprouting and soaring, highly appreciated by customers. Alongside three categories of beef and veal, lamb, poultry, there is a variety of sausages (Tunisian, dry, smoked…), sausages (including liver sausage), pâté, a dozen different wines and some groceries. All prices are well listed on the website where there are also a series of jokes and some recipes, but not too much: the majority of these are traditionally kept secret, somewhat like the magic potion of the irreducible Gaulois.

Par contre je ne sais pas comment vous ou votre fournisseur a préparé la viande mais j'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire avec votre blanc de poulet, j'ai même refait le test d'en remanger pour être sûr que ça vient de votre viande et je me suis senti encore super mal, et même après 1 semaine je ne m'en suis toujours pas complètement remis. Donc je suis vraiment très déçu de la qualité de votre viande. Il devrait y avoir des contrôles plus stricts car ça ce n'est pas normal.
