Le Comptoir Gourmand is one of the institutions of Halles Castellanes and Halles Laissac. For over twenty years, Sabine and Lory Caselli have focused on exceptional products in their delicatessen. Their olives - always AOC or AOP - come directly from the producers. Although they are mainly local, they also come from elsewhere. The result: on their shelves, black Lucques from Hérault, Nyons, black melanum sporum truffles... Tapenades, anchovy paste and caviar are "homemade". They rub shoulders with pepper from Madagascar and Cameroon, and rare spices such as saffron from Iran. You'll love their morels. Two Montpellier specialties, grisette and fruits confits d'Apt.
