LA PARCELLE 473

La Parcelle 473 is a brand new urban and contemporary art center opened by the Parisian gallery owner Laurent Rigail who has completely renovated the old family wine cellar, the last agricultural plot in the heart of Montpellier, to obtain 300^m2 of exhibition space while keeping the concrete tanks and the old materials. A permanent collection gathers pioneer artists of urban art and young talents from Montpellier. Tours and street art workshops are offered to make art accessible. An original place with multiple projects.
