L'ÉCOLE DE CUISINE D'ARMAND

The popularity of cookery courses in recent years has given Chef Armand Layachi an opportunity to set up an extraordinary school in Montpellier in 2004. Its objective is simple: Share the pleasure of cooking and engaging the most reluctant. The Flemish School of Cuisine offers sessions from 2 to 4 hours per group of 7 guests maximum (95 €). All courses are followed by the tasting of the meal they have prepared. Special sessions are organised in partnership with the Solidarity Agency of the General Council of Hérault in the framework of integration and vocational training. The cook also works with language schools in Montpellier by giving French courses through culinary language (€ 55). The content of thematic sessions (5 half-days) varies according to a long range of themes: from vegetarian cuisine to traditional family cooking, through the association of dishes and wines (€ 250).
