MONTPELLIER ATHLETIC RUNNING CLUB

A multidisciplinary association allowing you to practice "sports in a different way", as they like to point it out! Here, you are offered group running in the city, physical preparations, supervised practices, "nature" outings every weekend (according to the races in the programme and the motivation of the members). The whole is complemented by a few oxygenation weekends that are an opportunity to run in remarkable sites and to share good moments. We like to remind that it's not only sport, but also good relationship and relaxation, since aperitifs or meals between members of the association is often organized. What is needed to get back in shape without getting worked up!
