To accompany a Strawberry sunday - vodka, lime, strawberry, hibiscus, cardamom, earl grey tea, milk clarified - a beautiful tapas menu is created by Guillaume Leclère whose reputation is well known. In this elegant setting, the eye wanders through the space, attracted by the different plays of light, a design elaborated by Pierre-Cyrille Acquier.
