A new cellar with tones resolutely modern and innovative has come out on the beautiful Place de la Canourgue opposite the Comptoir de l'Arc. Much more than a classic wine cellar where you can find some 300 bottles from France mixing with champagne and spirits, Emmanuel invites you to discover 32 wine references in tasting. Among them, Domaine Gardiès in Côte-du-Roussillon or Domaine François Chidaine (Montlouis). Sit in the backroom which is used as a private small lounge and enjoy, at your rhythm, your glass of wine accompanied by blackboards of deli meat and cheeses. Organisation of private tasting parties or oenology classes by simple reservation and a little Smart plus, the workshop is open every Sunday morning!
