It's a great location for those with a lot of luggage, but it's not the most ideal for those who want to be right in the center. Still, the hotel is just a few hundred meters from the city's main square and shopping areas. Rooms are medium-sized but comfortable and the hotel's is in good shape. Service should be more efficient, but like in many hotels in France and around the world, it suffers from the lack of service personnel. I hope that this will change in the near future.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, la place comédie est à 15mn à pieds , les arrêts de tram à 2mn à pieds, les restaurants et fast-food sont tout autour de l'hôtel. Le chambre est quand même petite mais très propre, la salle de bain étroite mais très propre, l'accueil à la réception est correct, les murs ne sont pas bien insonorisés on entend les voisins.

Great little hotel close to St Roche train station. Excellent location and service, the breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth it! Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. On the first day we arrived my husband needed emergency dental work, and not being fluent in French we had some trouble calling dental offices. However, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us as he could, and we are very grateful for his help. Thank you so much for all your help and wonderful service, Kevin! A great spot and I would definitely come back to this hotel.
