Braised artichoke ravioli with cardamom marinière cream, low-temperature chicken in a shallot confit and tarragon crust, seasonal vegetables and gnocchi with blue cheese sauce, Suzette-style baba with bitter orange and orange blossom ice cream: from starter to dessert, it's all good!
