In a cosy, bright and contemporary atmosphere, you can enjoy well-prepared dishes. In winter by the fireplace, in summer by the pool. At the table, it's safe to say that Les Frangins, Maxime and Thomas, know how to please! We devour chef Xavier Medina Arranz's dishes with great gusto, with a menu that evolves and changes from week to week. Rib of beef, perfect egg with seasonal asparagus, fillet of bass with pumpkin purée... The plates are always simple, generous and well executed. Finally, we give in to temptation: brioche perdue with salted butter caramel, hazelnut chocolate, etc. In short, an address that never ceases to surprise, with a highly original wine list from Corsica to Alsace!
