He is surely one of the most famous Restaurateurs in Clapas. After the Grillardin, the Te Quest and the Café Victor… the Mon Perque is its tenth restaurant in Montpellier. Here the pasta of the day is prepared in the morning prior to service, at 10 kilogrames. Simplicity and quality with salads, lasagna, oak and the speciality of the Piedmont speciality are the "bagna cauda" a hot sauce on order. The day sauce changes, following the inspiration of the chef.
