Starting from the quai de la Vène, the short hike - indicated by yellow markers - takes you around the Garrigue Plane, above the Agas sheepfold and in a 360° panorama on the windmills. The itinerary goes through the kermes oaks, which cover the foothills of the Aumelas plateau, and leads to a point of view on the blue waters of the Thau pond. The level of difficulty is average, it takes 4 hours of walking for 12 km and 160 m of ascent.

The Montbazinois Tennis Club has two lighted outdoor courts for year-round practice. With its tennis school for children, it has been training many new players for years. Whether you want to practice a leisure activity or for competition, in individual lessons, with a formula of several lessons or in the form of tennis training courses, for children from kindergarten onwards and for adults: everyone finds a suitable formula. The youth and adult competition teams are well represented in all categories.

Xtrem Nature Bootcamp offers a range of commando-style formulas for those who enjoy collective challenges and outdoor activities, and want to push themselves to the limit. Put on a fearless outfit, cover your face with camouflage and embark on a mission supervised by an instructor who will push the group to exceed its limits: don't be afraid to crawl through the mud, walk through the water while stretchering a comrade. Bivouac, survival initiation, hand-to-hand combat, paintball... Sensations are on the agenda!
