René Dassé, a well known name since he is associated with his brother Christian, at the Tielle's manufacturing unit of Sète. This one has just expanded on Mèze. It is always located on the same road but at the entrance to the city. The team manufactures the tielles that have made the reputation of the family, but also cornish pasties with mussels, pizzas, parmesan twists with anchovies, stuffed mussels and squids… Everything is extremely fresh. There is also a small assortment of tapas and wine.
