With almost 25 years' experience in making artisanal tielles, the Dassé family is the benchmark in the Thau Basin. René, accompanied by his children, takes us into his production laboratory where the famous pies take shape. Everything is homemade, using fresh produce from local producers. To vary the pleasures, all sorts of delicacies are on offer: pissaladières, quiches, fisherman's salads... The store also sells wine and preserves. Sit out on the terrace in the shade or take away. Not to be missed!
