Restaurant located in the center of Marseillan proposing generous plates representative of a sincere cooking
In the centre of Marseillan, Le Boulevard has a modern decor with paintings hung from rails. The plates are generous for an honest and sincere cuisine. At the back of the room, a grill that, for lunch and dinner, fry meat and fish. A simple menu, with its prawns with parsley, a charcuterie plate. As a main course, you can taste the veal chop with Noilly sauce or a wolffish fillet with the leek fondue. The particularity on the menu, there are three concepts and three logos, explaining what comes and is produced in Languedoc, the slimming dishes that can be served without sauce and, finally, everything that is made on site, such as the pélardon of "Mas Rolland" farm. As for the wines, it is the neighbouring nectars of the abbey of Valmagne or the estate of Fadèze which decorate the meal. A nice restaurant.

Been coming here for 17 years and is my family’s favorite restaurant in marseillan. Food is traditional and always consistent, just amazing food all around. The service is very good and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!
