Christophe Bru left the Zebra Bleu to settle down at a few meters from Lattes area in the Fontvin area. In a villa of the artisanal area, there are two terraces: a wooden one, a wooded one for a chic atmosphere, hence the name of the establishment: the chic steak-house Brasero. Meat and fish cooked over a wood fire. Also note, a formula at midday (€15) with four starters at choice, scallop tartare, four main courses at choice, including the butcher's piece, and four desserts at choice, including the fruit gazpacho.

In the shopping area at the entrance of Maurin, el Cubo is a cube, a square building somewhat surprising. Inside earthenware cover the walls and gives the room a false air of Andalusia. Smiling Laurence welcomes you for a good regional cuisine prepared by Gabriel, burger and liver and its purple fig chutney; beef carpaccio, ice tomato basil; and, its pesto house, fonfant with the Nutella.
