This is a bakery like you love them! Sandrine and Jean-François Carlier, passionate about their profession, combine rewards. Their wonderful salt-caramel cake to the salt flower (sweet sponge, crunchy flower, pear foam and caramel, mirror icing and nougatine) was awarded the "Hérault Gourmand" competition in the "New flavours" category. Delicious! Jean-François Carlier again stands out with La Starlet, a natural unleavened, who won the first prize of the Hérault gourmand competition in the bakery category. Nothing seems to stop this passion.

y'a pas photo en comparaison de ceux de Béziers.
Au sujet des gâteaux, très déçu.
Gâteau à 25€ au chocolat, pas visible dans les vitrines pour le choix (très dommage). Arriver chez les invités le gâteau était sec, sans goût, et devait être en vitrine depuis un moment.
Nous l’avons pas manger.
