Delicious! Jean-François Carlier again stands out with La Starlet, a natural unleavened, who won the first prize of the Hérault gourmand competition in the bakery category. In the early foothills of the Cevennes, it makes the production of a 500 ha vineyard, anchored between the Massif massif and the Causse de Boussagues.
