Domaine de Gabelas wines come from the vineyards that surround the house and cellar, extending into the garrigue, near the Gragnos dolmen. The red soil of this region is a mixture of sandstone, sand and silt. Since 2005, organic farming has been practiced on the estate, with Ecocert certification, with the aim of preserving the balance of the land and producing artisanal wines of character. Pierrette Cravero, winemaker, takes great care over the Juliette cuvée, harvested and destemmed by hand.

Mas de Cynanque, located in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, cultivates vines on a magnificent slope at the foot of the Caroux mountains. Hand-picked in small crates, the attention paid to each terroir produces wines of exceptional finesse and elegance. This estate benefits from a remarkable terroir classified as a Languedoc-Roussillon cru. Old vines and traditional grape varieties add a special complexity to the wines. The vineyard is farmed organically, with respect for the soil and nature.
