The Oppidum Brewery offers organic and artisanal beers to take away or to taste on site, all proudly rooted in their region. The Oppidum offers a range of 5 classic beers with a Blonde, a Blanche, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), an Amber and a Pale Ale. The brewery also offers creations according to the seasons and a more original range, with their Point of Entry beer, a smooth brown ale with coffee, chocolate and caramel flavors but also the Harvest, a beer with fresh hops, 100% Occitan.

This Corbières vineyard, located between the Alaric and the Black Mountain, has belonged to the Bonfils family since 2000, a family of winemakers for 5 generations. When they arrived, important means were used in order to produce high quality wines: use of traditional vats, marriage of grape varieties, renovation of the cellar... Today, the estate covers almost 150 hectares, and is mainly dedicated to the AOC Corbières and the IGP Aude Hauterive. It also has the High Environmental Value label.

The Domaine La Provenquière and its magnificent ^15th century castle are home to a 155 hectare vineyard. The Robert-Boularand family perpetuates the viticultural and family heritage of four generations of passionate winegrowers by cultivating some twenty grape varieties, including IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Coteaux d'Ensérune in white, red, rosé and orange.
