When an Australian man meets an Irish woman while making wine in New Zealand, the butterfly effect gives birth a few years later to two beautiful children and a wine estate in Faugères. This is the story of Isla and Paul, a winemaking couple who let themselves be guided by their love of nature and terroir. A love of schist and a combination of young and old vines, all wrapped up in organic viticulture from foot to glass: this is the philosophy of this endearing couple.
