This estate is located in a crater formed by the impact of a meteorite that fell 10,000 years ago. Among the 1,300 private wineries in the Hérault, Domaine du Météore caught our eye not only for its name, but above all for its wines. In particular, they offer a tasting box enabling you to discover the diversity of their 5 red wines. Fresh, with silky tannins and a long finish, there's something for everyone! In summer, concerts and tasting tours are organized at the estate. And, of course, wine takes center stage.

Château de la Liquière, one of the oldest estates in the Faugères appellation, has been in existence since the ^17th century. This family-run business has been modernized from generation to generation. The vineyard extends over 55 ha of schist, in the heart of the garrigue, holm oak forests and scrubland. The Vidal-Dumoulin family's passion for sustainable agriculture, manual harvesting, balanced blending and delicate vinification are the hallmarks of their approach. La Liquière offers two white wines, seven reds and three rosés.

From vines to wine, through the reception, everything leads to visit Michel Famous. This artisan magicien, makes wines that look like, excessive and whole. Petit Smart liked the castle of the red Faugères faugères, an almost black robe, syrah syrah, a powerful nose and a fine and elegant mouth.
