Founded in 1990, the association brings together local restaurateurs and artisans with a passion for gastronomy, to promote their trade and expertise, and to highlight local produce and French cuisine. Every two years, the association also produces a guide to good food, highlighting member establishments and their chefs. Then there's "Sunday in the Country", a convivial event organized to mark the guide's release.

LES MIELS DE MON MOULIN

Honey and jam producer

Carole and Laurent Gomez currently work with 350 beehives, scattered along the Mediterranean coast. They sell their products mainly at the farm and at local markets. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the work of the beekeeper through panels, slide show photos ... Their products - honeys, gingerbreads, caramandes (subtle mixture of almonds and caramel), royal jelly, pollen, boxes - are sold directly from producer to consumer, either on the markets from June to September, or in the shop at the farm all year.

DOMAINE DE GALINENQUE

Olive oil producer

This estate, formerly dedicated to vineyards, has been exclusively devoted to olive growing since 1999, after its takeover by Anne Purseigle in 1979. The famous varieties of olives from Languedoc such as Olivière, Picholine and Lucques are produced on a soil that is favourable to the traditional cultivation of the olive tree, rich in ancient garrigues and stony clay-limestone soils. With 1,300 olive trees, the farm offers tours and a store selling local products. You can even sponsor an olive tree, an original idea!
