CAVE D’ADISSAN
Created as a cooperative society in 1929, this winery was born thanks to the commitments of the Adissan winegrowers. It is here that the famous Clairette is made, a white wine that was awarded one of the first Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in 1948. Located on soils composed of quartz, flint and limestone pebbles, the Adissan vineyard produces wines of varying qualities. Among the references to be tasted and bought on the spot: Domaine de l'Eglantier, Château d'Adissan in AOC, Domaine la Galinette in vin de pays...
