Stress, anxiety, tension are the lot of everyday life. To remove your mind from these small (and big) tracas and regenerate your body, the La Lane Median association provides cours-chi and qi gong courses. Internal Chinese martial art makes wide and slow movements, the taï-chi allows to rebalance its mind but also to fight joint pain and to acquire a right and relaxed posture. Much less physical, qi gong acts emotionally, allowing control of thought and culture of mind. Two disciplines proposed to teach Richard Garcia at the multipurpose hall of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. Theme internships are also organized during the year.

Opening time and information on LA VOIE MEDIANE

Classes of taï chi Monday from 6.30pm to 7.45pm and from 8pm to 9.30pm, Thursday from 6.30pm to 8.15pm with the function room. Classes IQ gong Friday from 2.30pm to 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 12pm. €20 of membership (valid for all the family). €360 of participation in the classes all year. €12 for classes from time to time.
