Site at the top of the hill of Castellas, offering an unobstructed view on the surroundings until the sea and the Cevennes barrier

At the top of the Castellas hill, on the promontory of the town, the orientation table offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings. On all cardinal points, the multiple sites help to understand the interesting situation of Vauvert: to the south, the view extends to the sea, while to the north, one can see the barrier of the Cévennes with Mount Aigoual. On a clear day you can even make out the silhouette of the Pyrenees. A privileged place that we appreciate!
