Restaurant with large shaded terrace working with local and seasonal products
Le Moulin de Mazel, a magnificent building overlooking the Hérault river, offers guests a large, shady terrace for a light lunch or candlelit dinner. In the dining room, Julia's cheerfulness delights all guests, while in the kitchen Jean-Philippe, a very friendly man, works with local and seasonal produce. On the menu for this gourmet break: pélardon salad in brioche with home-cured pork filet mignon, duck breast fan with cider and roasted apples, before finishing with the house's big sweet hit: Cévenole-style aumônières with chestnut cream, crêpe and apple granita, all homemade, of course!
