Quality restaurant with small terrace in the heart of the city using fresh products in Tavel

Here, Monsieur is in the kitchen and Madame is in the dining room. It's in the heart of Tavel that Eric and Christine have been advocating quality dining since 2015, where fresh produce is king, seasonality is respected, and local flavors never cease to enrich the Physalis menu. It's good, hearty and affordable. The market formula gives free rein to the chef's inspiration. From spring onwards, the small terrace behind the canisses will be the setting for pleasant evenings.

We sat and watched the host move around, taking care of other tables. After about 20 minutes, she finally came over and told us they were done serving and out of food.

We came because of the glowing reviews; it would’ve been nice if she’d mentioned something when we first sat down—she saw us waiting, after all.

Restaurant fort sympathique, le service est rapide, les plats sont très bons, ne pas hésiter à pousser la porte pour déguster une cuisine authentique . Il vaut mieux réserver .

Les plats sont bons, les prix corrects, et le service est agréable. Cependant, je tiens à souligner un bémol : le restaurant met en avant le fait maison, avec une affiche qui insiste sur l'épluchage et la découpe des produits frais. Pourtant, les frites servies étaient des surgelées. Lorsque j'ai fait la remarque à la serveuse, elle m'a répondu de manière absurde en me suggérant de venir les éplucher moi-même. C'est pourquoi je mets 4 étoiles au lieu de 5. Malgré cela, c'est un endroit que je recommande.
