Éric Vidall has carefully selected his regional products: excellent wines, beer from Le Brasseur de Sommières, olive oils, fleur de sel, spices, locally-flavored mustards, fruit vinegars, artisanal jams, honey from Le Prieuré, excellent chocolates from Miralies, croquants Villaret, tapenade, saucisson, brandade de morue, various cheeses... All the typical products of the region, from the Camargue to the Cévennes, via Aigues-Mortes and Nîmes.

Yohan and Cyril embarked on their adventure by opening their ice cream parlour in Sommières in 2018. This winery produces and sells the harvests of a 700-hectare wine-growing estate spread over the communes of Sommières, Salinelles, Aspères, Campagne, Garrigues, Lecques and Fontanes. The tour and tasting will give you an insight into the work of the winegrowers who work on this vineyard while respecting the land and nature. In fact, the entire vineyard is managed using sustainable agriculture methods, and part of it is undergoing organic conversion. A fascinating experience!

Every Saturday morning, the town of Sommières passionately honors a commercial tradition that has endured over the centuries: the market. The Brasserie des Garrigues is THE haunt of all beer lovers. The idea was to create a local beer, without colouring agents or preservatives. Certified AB, their brewing method is artisanal and rustic, in order to obtain an unpasteurized and unfiltered beverage. A visit to the brewery may precede the sale on site, in order to discover the production process. Their production is distributed to all the good addresses around Béziers in Alès.

In a narrow, shady street in Sommières town center, this boutique-tea room with its tiny terrace is the ideal place to sample coffees from all over the world.
