A sumptuous and impressive 12th-century complex (exchanged by Louis IX to found Aigues-Mortes), meticulously renovated by Arnaud and Pauline Le Bihan. The cloister is home to family rooms that breathe light, with fine, sophisticated design: prints or paintings, mottled furniture. The restaurant is just as high-quality. Le Chai has become a boutique-caveau stocked with the finest local wines and other souvenirs. Cultural events take place in the former church. Conceived as a multi-faceted space, the magic works in this unique setting.

We had a lovely lunch at Locus Solus, followed by a very successful shopping session at the Chai. The location is beautiful, the food is well-prepared and the selection of local producers for wine, epicerie items and home/leisure items is well chosen and unique. We will come back many times to see how this estate develops. Thanks to Martina and the lunch staff for a lovely experience!

Merci pour votre accueil et la visite des lieux ! Cet endroit est vraiment incroyable ! On ne doute pas de la richesse de ce lieu lorsque l'on passe sur la route. Si vous êtes curieux et amoureux des vieilles pierres, c'est un endroit à visiter absolument.
Repas en famille avec une belle sélection de vin.
Plats très bien présentés et raffinés. Les desserts succulents !
J'ai hâte de revenir goûter une prochaine carte.
