A sumptuous and impressive 12th-century complex (exchanged by Louis IX to found Aigues-Mortes), meticulously renovated by Arnaud and Pauline Le Bihan. The cloister is home to family rooms that breathe light, with fine, sophisticated design: prints or paintings, mottled furniture. The restaurant is just as high-quality. Le Chai has become a boutique-caveau stocked with the finest local wines and other souvenirs. Cultural events take place in the former church. Conceived as a multi-faceted space, the magic works in this unique setting.

C'est un lieu magique, hors du temps. Le service est impeccable. Le repas était délicieux.

Nous avons dégusté un succulent repas, entré/plat/désert et vin bio local. Endroit où on se sens chez des amis. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous avons eu un seul soucis sur le temps de servir le dessert qu'il n'avait plus :). Un geste commercial a été compensé en nous offrant un autre choix de dessert. Je recommande.

Un lieu exceptionnel, baigné de lumière et chargé d’histoire. Ce prieuré offre une expérience à part, hors du temps, où le raffinement et l’élégance se conjuguent à un service d’une rare qualité : souriant, attentionné, parfaitement accueillant. Les chambres, pleines de charme, invitent à la sérénité et à l’évasion.
