On this large farm in Saint-Nazaire-des-Gardies, Patrick Viala has decided to perpetuate the tradition of cultivation by draught horse. On this 100-hectare estate, he uses draft horses (Comtois and Bretons) born or bred on the farm for his agrotourism activities of horse-drawn transport and animal traction.
