It was in 2014 that David Platto and Laetitia Poli created this beautiful bistro in Saint-Jean-du-Gard. Formerly known as the "Café de la Bourse", this brasserie is located in the heart of this charming Gard village. It keeps its heart beating with nightly concerts and exhibitions by painters. Apéros-dressing events are also organized. But above all, Le Bistrot is one of the town's finest restaurants. After a complete makeover, the restaurant has been given a new look, with a "country chic" feel. You'll feel right at home here.

Bien accueilli serveur et serveuse au top..pour tous les goûts..produits frais ..assiette copieuse . Du fait maison...seul petit bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite toilette à l etage

Normalement, nous connaissons "Le Bistrot" pour l'avoir vu en été, lorsque c'est un endroit bouillonnant. Un bistrot avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un service professionnel et des plats délicieux.
Maintenant, en novembre, Saint Jean est un endroit calme et la gastronomie passe en mode hivernal. Nous sommes arrivés tard pour le déjeuner et avons quand même été bien accueillis.
Nous avons bien mangé et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise.
Conseil pour vous et vos futurs hôtes :
Le burger avec roesti sans pain (bun) est une excellente alternative sans gluten.

J'y ai mangé le plat du jour et mes collègues le burger végétarien qui était très bon et copieux. Le personnel est agréable. Vous pouvez vous y arrêter pour déjeuner rapidement ????
