Restaurant in the heart of the Cevennes Piedmont playing with local products

In the heart of Piedmont Cévenol, Gilles Granier, Master Restaurateur, plays with local products and their flavours. The result is dishes inspired by the great classics, but with that personal touch that makes a table unique. The menu follows the seasons and the dishes are renewed according to the chef's wishes. The chef is also a fine pastry chef: so succumb to his signature dessert, a millefeuille that is known to be light, gourmet and airy. The establishment is also a charming hotel. An excellent address to keep on your shelves!

Nous avons diné pour le repas du réveillon de Noël, très bon accueil même en amont pour la réservation. Le repas était parfait, les quantités était au rendez-vous, le service était de qualité. Il y a un large choix sur les plats et le boissons. Je reviendrais avec plaisir pour un repas traditionnel !

J ai déjeuner à l Auberge avec des amis et c était délicieux. Je ne peux que conseiller ce lieu où la cuisine est excellente le personnel très sympathique. Je ne peux donner d avis sur les chambres car je n' ai pas dormi sur place.
