Restaurant with terrace elaborating pizzas abundant in ingredients
El Gusanillo, Spanish for silkworm, could be nowhere else but a stone's throw from the Silk Museum. But that's not its only charm. Two wood-fired ovens, one inside, the other outside, deliver pizzas abundant in ingredients and cooked to perfection. The terrace alone is an enchantment, sheltered in summer by miles of refreshing ivy. But above all, Chef Fabien hasn't forgotten that he was second chef at L'Amourier, a rival restaurant, at a time when it was a veritable gastronomic landmark.

Un bémol ce samedi là la cb ne fonctionnait pas.
Je conseille pour passer un agréable moment en famille.
Le personnel est très agréable, prix abordable, grand choix et plats copieux. Les pizzas ont pu être emportés dans une boîte pour chez nous. On reviendra dès qu’on sera dans le coin, merci à eux pour l’accueil au sein du rallye des critériums des Cévennes. J’ai adoré manger au Gusallino !
