Gwladys Rath, co-manager of the Saint-Hilaire restaurant, and Céline Sissan, founder with Charles Croisette of the ServWine wine school, have created Wine Woman. Once a month in the restaurant's cellar, the women meet to taste four wines and take a sommelier course. Under the guidance of Lucas Philibert, the restaurant's head sommelier, the ladies can discover, taste and savour wines from here and abroad, accompanied by tapas.
