Julien Salem and his wife Anaïs are the conductors of the Atelier des Halles. Located in a historic setting overlooking the Halles and the Abbey, the restaurant offers a bistro cuisine with a gastronomic tendency, conceived only with local products. In fact, only local producers are listed on the menu! On the menu, you will find great classics revisited, more original dishes as well as a nice selection of tapas. And, as Madame is an oenologist, the wine should satisfy you. A very good address.

Accueil parfait, très bon repas, tous les éléments étaient réunis pour passer une soirée parfaite, on a même pu acheter le foie gras servi qu'on a trouvé si bon pour le partager avec notre famille à Noël, on reviendra c'est sûr.
