The Chamoin butcher's shop has taken up residence at the foot of the Château de Portes, much to the delight of the region. Its processing laboratory is in the basement of the establishment, and the menu prepared on site is resolutely based on delicious meat. Simple, regional cuisine, you'll love the charcuterie platter, the traditional aligot sausage dish or the burgers. The large, convivial dining room is a great place to spend an evening with a group. The place is also a bar and a bakery, and sells charcuterie and cheeses all week long.
