At first, this family business specialized in olive oil production. Then, after the terrible frost of 1956, Émile Noël successfully turned to oilseed crushing. Thanks to a traditional, artisanal method, with slow, gentle extraction, the company's oils, a pioneer in organic production, are known the world over and have a large following.
