LA FRAICHEUR DU SUD
Read moreClams, clams, mussels, oysters, shrimp and, of course, tellines: the freshness of the South is the official supplier of all the nîmois restaurants that display the seafood products (excluding fish) to their menu, as well known among them, the Bistro del Mar. Smiling welcome, tempting products, moderate prices. To be beaten, especially when the summer comes.
HUBERT JEAN
Read moreOften throne tranchée and characteristic of swordfish at the beginning of stall. He is obviously not the most represented fish, but he draws the view. The rest is on the line, depending on the arrivals and the large varieties of prices exist between the products. It is, however, the fish bucket that has the most often wild salmon, recognizable to its colour less orange and artificial than that of breeding. Warm welcome, nothing more.
CARMEN
Read moreCarmen has no Spanish than the name. She also has the black eye, accent and high verb. But it is only a facade: hardly have you discussed with her that she is revealing, admittedly but smiling. Its large outlet is impressive of variety and tellines; shrimp and the rest are often cheaper than elsewhere. An affordable and friendly fish shop.
POISSONNERIE MATHIEU
Read moreIn spite of the beautification work and the stall that is now overflowing with the garlic aisle, Mathieu's fish stock content has been reduced significantly in recent years. However, the gate has not lost in quality and remains a benchmark for hospitality. At the time of the arrival, we find everything and always superbly presented. Shellfish and seafood have a large place alongside the best fish of the Mediterranean, of course, but also of the selected ocean arrivals. An irreproachable outlet, easily spotted in the central aisle.
