We feel that the former manager of the chain vineyard, Nicolas, located at 100 m, wanted to be pleased by opening his own cellar to offer the wines that are attractive to him. Result: a pleasant range, mainly oriented towards the slopes of the Languedoc. A few costières and organic wines at reasonable prices are also on the cardboard, in the centre of the small shop. On the shelves, we touch the more famous Languedoc crus, the whites of Alsace, some bottles of the South-west, and especially one of the finest collections of sorts of whiskies on Nîmes: Scottish, of course, but also Irish, American, Breton and even Japanese. The cellar is renewed very regularly in order to share with the customers new stories in bottle.
