The boutique des Palais des Thés proposes you to explore the world through a selection of teas of all origins: China, Japan, India, Africa, Taiwan… It is in an elegant, colourful and refined universe that Nicolas Girard's team welcomes you (with a few sips of a chosen tea and a smile to start), advises you and gives you all the information and subtleties that relate to the provenance, flavor, properties and virtues, the time to infusion the tea you elected. This torréfaction house, opened since 1918, is a family business like one like them: serious in all. Beans purchased green are roasted in the workshop (on site) and processed into exceptional products. There are all the palaces, all the sensibilities. Since 2013, Jean-Pascal and Mathieu have taken the shop in hand, hearing of course perpetuating this tradition of quality and love of the product.
