Natural park at the western exit of the city of Nîmes, with various marked trails adapted to people with disabilities

On the western edge of Nîmes, the Bois des Espeisses boasts 56 hectares of unspoilt nature. Accessible from the La Cigale-Castanet crossroads (RN106 parking lot), this popular nature park offers a peaceful interlude under the holm oaks and arbutus trees. Even on busy days, the peace and quiet prevail. Perfect for walking or mountain biking, the site is dotted with signposted trails. Special mention must be made of the Yeuseraie trail, designed for all publics, with two multi-sensory loops, inclusive and adapted to different handicaps.

Le bois des Espeisses est très agréable en toute saison. On peut y venir avec des enfants , marcher ou s'adonner au jogging. Un bon bol d'air dans la ville. Il est facile de se garer à proximité.

Throughout the year and regularly, I walk on the various courses of the place, maintained with lots of treatments and always improved, I can not go some me... I highly recommended because there are opportunities for children (playground and bike tours), for the disabled, you walk or one flows at your own pace... Bravo

very nice park for beautiful walk with lovely views and a relaxing and invigorating walk (in winter, a delight with snow).

You can do one of the 4 courses health or walk all as a merchant.
