The Natural History Museum in Nîmes, France, covers all areas of natural science in four themes
The museum is built around a cloister and the Jesuit chapel. Ranked 6th nationally, it brings together collections brought back by explorer E. Dumas, then botanist J-F Séguier (1770). In addition to temporary exhibitions, all fields of natural science are covered, with four themes: Geology (from the South of France), Prehistory (statue-menhirs), Ethnography (African art), Zoology (naturalized animals showing the evolution of species).

Visite dans le cadre des journées du patrimoine, très bien renseigné et les enfants ont pu faire une chasse au trésor organisée pour l'occasion.
