Since 1977, Nîmes cinephiles have had just one address in the city center: Le Sémaphore. This local cinema, a true cultural center, shows independent films in VO, documentaries, children's films... In its 6 cinemas, you can see a wide range of French and international films, both topical and less so. The cinema regularly organizes thematic mini-festivals and previews, often in the presence of the director, author or actor. The cinema houses a cafeteria serving pies and salads every day!

This cinema is a delight to enjoy the original films author version. These small rooms leave a feeling of intimacy to enjoy the film traquillement, oppose spacious dining rooms multiplex impersonal. The choice of movies is varied and always detailed in a monthly program detailing films, the hours and summaries. The welcome is friendly, the challenging ticket prices any competition. There are also maps subscribed. And small more, its small cafeteria offering drinks and salads including savoury tarts and sweet house, a delight and then that allows you to always per hour for the session.
