The chef and owner, Angel Placa, originally from Argentina, is trained in world cuisines. Every day, he offers an artistic and refined cuisine, with regional products (often organic). The lunch menu changes every day, and offers unbeatable value for money. We had the chance to taste a fantastic pork medallion... A delight! A little advice: remember to book, as places are "expensive".
