For the past Six Years, Jean-Luc Delpierro, also owner of the Unexpected in Langlade, serves traditional cuisine that is enjoyed in the west of Nîmes. With a choice of three formulas (full menu, à la carte or midi formula), the entire family is mobilized to seduce you. Couscous, paella, sauerkraut, cassoulet, veal head, snails, spider pig with herbs of Provence… The dish changes every lunchtime and it's 90% home. They will not be kept rigorous for the remaining 10%: with such a selection of traditional dishes, you can't do everything yourself!

Bien que ce soit des copains, pour être totalement objectif, je retire une étoile car je trouve que la cuisine à légèrement "baissé". Mais le succès de l'endroit reste totalement justifié avec un rapport qualité prix hyper correct, et un très gros plus au niveau de l'accueil et de l'ambiance... toujours aussi adorables! Merci :)
